Prior to Powder Coat, each Sign is Sanded, Cleaned, Media Blasted, cleaned, rinsed, Zirconium coated, oven dried, and then its finally ready for powder coating. Zirconium Pre-treatment will GREATLY out last a sign that is just powder coated or painted.

We only use 14 Gauge American Steel. 16 and 18 Gauge is to thin and will warp and bend. When comparing Prices, check the gauge thickness and the dimensions of the signs. You get what you pay for.
